Shipping policy

At NYR Ventures LLC, we aim to make your order fulfillment and shipping process as seamless as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines and operational terms below.

1. Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).
  • Standard U.S. Shipping: Once dispatched, domestic delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days (depending on warehouse location and carrier selection).
  • Tracking: You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with a direct tracking link as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment facility.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Free Replacement)

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item or variant received):

  • Please contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery.
  • Include your Order Number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photograph(s) or video proof displaying the damage or incorrect item.
  • Upon verification, we will process and ship a 100% free replacement order to your delivery address immediately. You are not required to return damaged or defective goods to our warehouse.

3. Lost or Undelivered Packages

  • If your package tracking displays no movement/updates for 30 consecutive business days, or if it significantly exceeds our estimated shipping window, please contact us at vallesnatalie00@gmail.com.
  • Following a carrier investigation, if the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will immediately issue a free replacement shipment.

4. Unclaimed Packages & Incorrect Addresses

  • Please carefully review your delivery address during checkout.
  • NYR Ventures LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is marked "Returned to Sender," "Unclaimed," or "Undeliverable as Addressed" by the carrier due to buyer error, a standard reshipment fee will apply to re-route your item to the corrected address.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders enter automated warehouse processing quickly. You may request an order cancellation within 1 hours of purchase.
  • Once an order has entered warehouse fulfillment or dispatched, it cannot be canceled, modified, or recalled.
